The Effect of Pretreatment with the Inhibitory Tissue Factor on the Growth of the Cancer

Abstract
|
|
|
When the mice are pretreated with the inhibitory tissue factor extracted from human placenta, followed by transplantation of the Ehrlich Ascites Cancer in it, the growth of the cancer is inbilited.
The inhibition of the growth of the cancer is as follows:
1. Notable inhibition, which can be noticed when the mice are treated with the inhibitory tissue factor after the Cancer transplantation, is observed.
2. Better inhibition is observed by increasing the dosage of the inhibitory tissue factor, and by prolonging the duration of injection of it, too.
3. Pretreatment with the inhibitory tissue factor for a considerable period makes the growth of the cancer stop temporarily in the early phase.
